A standard set of strings contains the following;
E string (VI01) : Multi-layer steel wire, tin plated, removable ball end
A string (VI02) : Synthetic core, aluminum wound
D string (VI03) : Synthetic core, aluminum wound
G string (VI04) : Synthetic core, pure silver wound
